Everything you need to know…
How do we get there?
Daily flights to Vancouver international are available from Birmingham, Bristol, London City, Manchester, Heathrow and Gatwick airports. Whistler is a two-hour drive from Vancouver International Airport along the spectacular Sea to Sky highway with transfer services available.
Can I bring my own bike?
Of course, however Whistler offers some of the Worlds toughest trails so be aware of the wear and tear your bike may have to deal with. We carry a range of spares and we have not got what you need Whistler Village has a number of top class bike stores who will. To enter the Whistler Blackcomb Bike park you must have suspension on your rig and it is advisable to wear full a face helmet, gloves, knee and elbow pads.
What is the weather like?
Whistler has mainly mild temperatures ranging from 23-33C (75-93F) in the summer with low humidity.
During spring and the fall seasons you can expect cooler conditions with more rain. These can be the best times to ride as the conditions are easier and the trails are in great shape.

What level of rider do I need to be? See the Biking section
What about insurance?
Comprehensive adventure sports activity insurance is essential. DON'T LEAVE HOME WITHOUT IT!
Flat pedals or SPDs?
As the riding here is so diverse, we recommend you bring both. This will enable you to feel comfortable in your SPDs riding the more XC oriented trails and if you want to ride some of our more extreme trails or take a blast down "a-Line" in the bike park, you can fit your flats for the security of a quick "get off."
